Matilda Webber is the current Head of The Phoenix Foundation and has an impressive CIA background. It was revealed that her husband, Ethan Reigns, went on an undercover mission in 2010. When her husband's life was in danger she saved him and constitute out that while undercover he started a family unit. She divorced him and helped him beginning a new life.

Early Life

Twelve years before the Season 3 episode Matty + Ethan + Fidelity, Matty was being held somewhere in Eastern Europe. Ethan Reigns killed several of the people guarding her and rescued her, which was their first meeting. By the time he accepted an cloak-and-dagger assignment four years afterwards they were secretly married.

Appearance

She always wears blackness colored outfits with some colorful clothes. Starting in season two, Matilda afterwards tied her hair in a depression ponytail or in a bun.

In spite of her height, Matty is a tough, no-nonsense individual who values the people that works for her. While she does not like people questioning her say-so, she does value other people's opinions and ideas, even if information technology ways she is wrong. This trait is how Bozer earned her respect after feeling that their investigation was going in the wrong direction. She takes her function equally Caput of the Phoenix Foundation seriously, interviewing each of the team members to get experience for their personal character when she first started working at that place and how all-time utilize her agents skill-sets to the best of their ability. However, she does accept a sense of humor and insists the team to call her by her name, instead of 'Director' or 'Ma'am'.

However, a notable trait of Matty's is that she does non corroborate of improvisation in the field.
